Book Review: Shakuni- Master of the Game
"Shakuni- Master of the Game"💫
Author: Ashutosh Nadkar
Genre: Mythology (Adaptive)
Main Character: Shakuni
Ratings: 4.25/5
SHAKUNI- A character we all are familiar about. A person we all have, quite conveniently concluded as the "Most Wicked Villain" of all times. But is this true?
Like every coin has two sides to it, the story of this Prince of Gandhaar has more than one side to it. One being the negative side which illustrates the extent of how morally unrighteous he was, the one that is deep seeded in our minds.
This book highlights the other side of Shakuni's character and dares to challenge the age old pre-conceived notions we all have lived with so far. It brings across some immensely powerful and thought provoking reasons for every action of Shakuni.
This book is a vital read. It endorses the concept "Not every wise man is always wise and not every evil man is always evil."
So, before you happen to pass a shady comment on Shakuni, read this book to gain an insight of the epic Mahabharata from the PoV of Prince of Ghandhaar!!
You can get this book from any prominent ecommerce store for a price range of INR 200 to INR 300 !!!
